Section 01 – Refund & Return Policy
At Eagle Promotions, every product we create — whether apparel, promotional items, hard goods, or printed goods — is custom manufactured specifically for your store or event. Because each item is uniquely produced upon purchase, we are unable to accommodate returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
All Sales Are Final
By placing an order with Eagle Promotions, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. This applies across all product categories and all Eagle Promotions stores:
- Apparel — t-shirts, hoodies, hats, jackets, and more
- Promotional items — branded merchandise and giveaways
- Hard goods — drinkware, accessories, and specialty items
- Printed goods — banners, stickers, packaging, and print media
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review size guides, product descriptions, and artwork previews before completing a purchase. If you have any questions prior to ordering, please contact us at onlinesupport@eaglepromotions.com — we are happy to help ensure you select exactly the right product.
If you believe you have received a defective item or one that differs materially from what was ordered, please contact our support team within 5 business days of receiving your shipment and we will review your concern on a case-by-case basis.
Section 02 – Privacy Policy
Eagle Promotions is committed to protecting the privacy of every customer across all of our stores and platforms. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

- Name, email, and shipping/billing address
- Payment details (securely processed — never stored in full)
- Order history and product selections
- Support communications you send us
How We Use It
- To process and fulfill your custom order
- To send order status and shipping updates
- To respond to customer service requests
- To improve our products and store experience
Data Protection & Your Rights
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your personal data. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with trusted service providers — such as payment processors and shipping carriers — strictly as needed to fulfill your order.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at onlinesupport@eaglepromotions.com. We will respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Section 03 – Delivery & Fulfillment Policy
Because every Eagle Promotions product is custom made, fulfillment timelines vary by store type. Please review the timeline that applies to your order below.
Pop-Up Store Orders
- Production begins after the pop-up store officially closes
- Estimated fulfillment is 4–6 weeks after the closing date
- Shipping time is additional and will vary by destination
- Store closing dates are posted within each individual store
We recommend noting your store's closing date so you can plan accordingly. Orders placed close to the closing date follow the same timeline — all orders in a store are processed together after the store closes.
Custom Orders
For custom orders placed outside of a pop-up store, additional sourcing time may be required depending on the product selected. We source a wide range of apparel, promotional items, hard goods, and printed goods.
- Sourcing period: Please allow up to 4 weeks for us to source your item(s)
- Production begins once sourcing is complete
- Total lead time varies — we'll keep you updated throughout the process
- If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a tracking notification at the email address provided at checkout. Eagle Promotions is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.
